Three Team Dexter Bowlers Make Final Four in December 4 ESPN Broadcast

December 8, 2005

Congratulations to Tommy Jones, Brad Angelo and Ryan Shafer of Team Dexter, who dominated this weekend's PBA event: the BowlersParadise.com Classic in Hammond, Indiana, Sunday, December 4—during a nationally televised ESPN broadcast.

From an original field of 64 competitors, the trio from Team Dexter made it all the way to the final four. Shafer finished second—giving winner Pete Weber a solid run for his money—with Angelo and Jones hot on their heels, placing third and fourth respectively.

This pat Sunday's show marked the first time in PBA history that any team had all three of their players in a single televised event.

It's been an impressive season for all three men. To date, Tommy Jones' winning season has brought his PBA rank to #3, with 87,190 points. Brad Angelo's position is currently #8, with 55,982 points. And Shafer has reached #11, with 49,901 points.
