Carmine has been with H.H. Brown since 1996.
A New Jersey native, he grew up in Madison, the Rose City, named for its history as a predominant cultivator of roses in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
Carmine attended Seton Hall University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree with a major in Marketing and a minor in Advertising Art. Prior to coming to work for H.H. Brown, he worked in merchandising for Liz Claiborne Shoes.
Carmine began his career at H.H. Brown as Director of Business Development and then he served as Merchandising Director. Currently, as General Manager of Internet Business Development, he is responsible for developing the web sites for the H.H. Brown family of brands. “I oversee all Internet business outside of Shoeline.com for all of our brands.”
In his spare time, Carmine can be found enjoying nearby New York City: running in Central Park, trying new restaurants or checking out the city’s sites.
“Take Ownership. Whatever you do in life - work or play - give it 110%,” is his personal philosophy.
Carmine recently completed his first marathon, proof positive in his belief in the power of those words.
