Shannon joined H.H. Brown in February of 2003.
Born in Rhode Island, she grew up in North Attleboro, Massachusetts and graduated from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut with a Health and Science Studies major and a double minor in Psychology and Sociology.
She soon put this knowledge to work. "Prior to coming to H.H. Brown I worked for the Hockomock Area YMCA in North Attleboro, where I was the Site Director for the Before and After School child care program."
Shannon's H.H. Brown career began in customer service with Dexter and then at Softspots, Nursemates, and Quark for Lowell Shoe (before it became Söfft). When the Söfft brand was launched, she became its first field marketing representative, and went on to help build and manage a team of representatives.
Today, Shannon oversees a team of five field marketing representatives who work with major department stores across the U.S. "The team builds relationships with our retail customers by educating sales teams in product knowledge seminars, coordinating and participating in store events. They also ensure that product inventory levels are maintained regularly, and they merchandise and maintain brand displays according to company standards."
In her time away from H.H. Brown, she enjoys staying fit, traveling and spending time with her friends and family, especially her two nieces. "They are so full of life and energy and really keep me smiling every day!" Shannon grew up just 10 minutes from Gillette stadium, home of the New England Patriots, and is an avid fan of the Patriots and Boston Red Sox.
Shannon names her family as a major source of inspiration. "They have always been a major influence on my life and always will be. Whatever the challenge, they inspire me to be and do the best that I can."
